CVS trips 6/6/10

CVS has a great deal on Degree & Dove deodorant. I headed to the store Saturday night to check it out. Here's how I did:

Total: $.01!!! (For 15 items!)

Total savings: $45.25!!!

I started with $19.99ECB. I now have $17.97ECB.

2 Dawn Hand Renewal = $1.94/2
2 Windex = $5/2 ($5 rebate form here)
2 Degree Men deodorants = $5/2
4 Dove deodorants = $10/4
1 Glade candle holder = $2.50
1 Glade candle refill = $2.50
3 Power Bars = $2.97/3
Used 2 $1/1 Dawn Hand Renewal from Homemade Simple mailer
Used 2 $1/1 Windex SS 5/7 (could use $1/1 here)
Used 2 $1.25/1 Degree Men deodorants (could use $3/2 for more savings)
Used 2 $1.50/1 Dove deodorant
Used 2 $2/1 Dove deodorant
Used $2/2 Glade candles from inside candle holder
Used $8ECB
Used $6.99ECB adjusted down to $6.47.
Total: $.01!!!
Total savings: $45.25!!!
PLUS I got back $5ECB from the Degree/Dove and $5ECB from the Windex/Glade and $2.97ECB from the Power Bars!

AND, when I got back my receipt with my ECB, there was a coupon for $5 off of $15, which I used Sunday afternoon, after I got the coupons from the paper. Here's how I did:

1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor = $9.97
Used $5 off of $15 CVS coupon
Used $4/2 Mylanta/Rolaids, etc RP 6/6
Used $4/1 Gillette ProGlide PG 6/6
Used $5ECB, adjusted down to $4.95
Total: ZERO!!!
Total savings: $27.97!!!
PLUS I got back $5ECB from the Gillette and $4ECB from the Mylanta!
